“The Size of a Man’s Hand” 11" x 14" Acrylic on Canvas.
Elijah knew God was about to move. Knew he was about to answer his prayer after seeing such a small sign. A small beginning. God can start anything at any time. It doesn’t take something major. Something drastic. Sometimes it only takes something as small as a man’s hand.
“Night Owl” 8” x 10” Acrylic on Canvas
Here’s a boy tucked in his room with the night as his companion. The TV glows and the streetlight shines and the cd player spins. It’s the 90s again. Maybe early 2000s. To the owls, the night expects nothing from us. No errands. No phone calls. It’s just you and the sleepers now. Though you better spread those wings before someone wakes up.
“Puddle” 24” x 30” Acrylic on Canvas
A figure stands in his own puddle. Too scared to move. Too scared to lose his own reflection. He has dipped his toe in the wider pool. But he recoiled. He isn’t ready. He’s paralyzed but something is telling him to jump.
